Technologies

The components and installations are designed to help our customers both in joint design and in developing new components.

The customer's idea is turned into a component that combines the best technical result with an optimized cost. The entire development aims to offer a wide variety of technology options for optimal results.

Design

We use the most modern design (CAD), simulation (CAE) and production (CAM) technologies. A fully-equipped mechanical workshop allows us to manufacture molds by using both traditional and innovative technologies (bi-component, In mould Decoration, In Mould Labeling, etc.). Offering a product that best serves price/performance criterion means having cutting-edge support technology.
We do not limit ourselves to implementation, but offer a consultancy service that uses our knowledge following a process of continuous improvement, so that we can advise the customer to obtain a product that fully satisfies him.

Multicomponent

Mechanical Transfer of Parts; Thanks to this solution parts are physically moved from one station to another hence the complexity of the molds are reduced and multi-material molding is facilitated.

Mobile Intra Bracket; This is the simplest multi-material molding technology since there is a system which is drived hydraulically within the mold. A special slider allows the filling chamber to be replaced.

Index Plate; This is the most refined technology and involves the rotation of an intermediate plate between the mobile and fixed part of the mold. Thanks to this mechanism, an integrated replacement of the mold’s inner lines becomes possible.

Rotary Table; It is a system that allows the half-mold to rotate up to 180° so as to change the male-female coupling. Cimplasta also features three-component technology, where the rotation of the mold reaches 120° to allow the separate injection of the three resins.

These technologies are combined in many applications (such as rotary table and movable dowel).

Special Materials

We produce components filled with silicone, carbon fibers, steel fibers (with triboelectric and mass conductivities lower than 90 Ohm), bronze, molybdenum disulfide, teflon and carbon. In addition to the fillers, we use advanced technopolymers, such as PEEK (with different fillers), PPS, and thermoplastic silicones. Thanks to our experience in different product sectors, we can solve metal replacement problems. We use our long experience in advanced industries such as aerospace to offer innovative support for material change to all our customers.

Heat Transfer

This technology allows us to transfer graphics up to 12 different colors directly onto printed pieces. Graphics can be composed of four colors with photographic effects.

High Speed

We have a department certified for clean room use. The presses installed allow high-speed production (typically food packaging) to obtain thin-layered products (typically food packaging).

Finishes

After long-standing cooperation and signed agreements with qualified suppliers, we are now able to supply a wide range of surface coatings.
